Conservation

Store the Iberian Ham or Iberian Shoulder unwrapped in a dry place at room temperature between 10º and 15º approximately. Protect from sunlight. The ideal temperature for consumption is between 20º and 25º.

The pieces of acorn-fed Iberian cured meats should be kept hanging in a cool, dry place once they are out of their packaging. When the piece is ready, keep the open side facing the ground, covered with cling film or aluminum foil. Protect it from sunlight. Vacuum packs, once opened, should be kept in the refrigerator. The recommended consumption temperature is between 20º-25º.

The shelf life of the cheese is several months if stored in the refrigerator, as long as it is vacuum-packed and the piece is unopened. If you have opened the cheese, store it in the refrigerator, protected and covered with waxed or waxed paper or in plastic wrap. You can also cover it with aluminum foil. In this case, it is sufficient to cover only the cut area, as the cheese rind needs to be aired. Store the cheese in a cheese container in the refrigerator.
