Arbequina
On the nose, it has an intense fruity aroma, with notes of fresh almonds and medium-ripe fruits in lesser intensity, all in a balanced whole.
On the palate, it is sweet and enveloping; the bitterness is almost non-existent and the spiciness is somewhat more pronounced. It leaves a very persistent vegetal sensation on the palate, long-lasting but pleasant.
Ideal with desserts, oranges with oil, sauces, fish and seafood.
Picual
On the nose, it has a medium-high intensity fruitiness, with aromas of freshly cut grass, leaves, stems and fig tree in lesser intensity, achieving a persistent and harmonious profile. The green tones stand out over the fruity notes.
In the mouth, it is slightly astringent, with great character and personality; its bitterness is medium and the spiciness, although present, is less pronounced. Its aftertaste leaves a sensation of fresh lettuce and chlorophyll, with slight bitter hints.
It is highly recommended for salads, bread with tomato, stews and sauces, gazpacho and salmorejo, and even for fried foods, to which it gives an exceptionally pleasant and silky flavour. This oil has a very high organoleptic value and, despite its high quality, is suitable for both stewing and frying.
Coupage
On the nose, it presents notes of freshly cut grass, tomato, green olive and a subtle reminiscence of citrus and dried fruit.
On the palate, it has a smooth entry with slight hints of almost imperceptible bitterness and a slightly more marked spiciness. The aftertaste is pleasant, with persistent fruity olive flavours and vague hints of spiciness.
It is a medium-mild fruity and balanced oil, as it combines the flavour of three varieties of olive that complement each other perfectly, giving each one exceptional properties to the whole. This oil has won numerous awards.
