Conservation

Store the Iberian Ham or Iberian Shoulder unwrapped in a dry place at room temperature between 10º and 15º approximately. Protect from sunlight. The ideal temperature for consumption is between 20º and 25º.

The solution is very simple: just call us by phone, write us by WhatsApp or send us an email. We will take care of picking up the piece at your home and we will refund you the money without asking any questions or generating additional costs for you.
