ORDERS:
Orders placed through our website are subject to stock availability and confirmation by Jamonería MJI, C.B. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders with prior notice to the customer.
PRICES:
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
PAYMENTS
Payment for orders will be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website. Payment details are treated securely and confidentially.
SHIPPING
The products purchased will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on location and type of product. The expected delivery time of the products will be 48-72 hours in Peninsula and 3-5 days outside Peninsula and EU.
Shipping costs will be free for orders over 100€, for orders below this amount, 9€ shipping costs will be charged. Bookable experience products excluded.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Product returns will be accepted, provided that the products are in their original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the delivered product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after receipt and verification of the returned products.
